Horrendous! Told on phone that a manufacturing fault would take two hours to fix free of charge three and a half hours after handing my car in find out that there conveniently some other fault with my car which I have to pay to get fixed or I can't get my car back. Could of been legit but does sound rather convenient

Hadwins have always been great with me. If you drive an Audi they are hands down the best in the area at keeping it at its absolute best. Mid-level pricing, but great customer service and the car always feels amazing after a service there..
