Wonderful sales staff backed up by wonderful customer service and service staff... A credit to Volkswagen UK. Well worth travelling a 150 mile trip every year to service my VW up! after buying it from them.

I rang Hadwins three times last week to try to book my van in for service, I was told each time that the service manager was busy and that she would call me back, despite calling again later the same day I was still told the same. So far I haven't had a call back in over two weeks of chasing, if this company wants my service business, they have a very strange way of showing it. I am now looking elsewhere to get my van serviced. Very poor customer relations.
