shocking service tried to register here but they told me cos I had only been living in the area 3 days I wasn't allowed to. Tried as a temporary patient but they didn't know what a temporary patient was. Staff pride themselves only on their rudeness and inept incompetence. This is the place you come when you wanna laugh at the way nothing things shouldn’t be done. You will get a better service at your local pub! DO NOT REGISTER HERE if you actually want any sort of care. They don’t care and it shows!

I have been with this practice for over 30 years and they have always been terrific. Just had an appointment with Dr Dhanjal and give her 5 stars for both attitude towards me and competence

The reception staff are a an absolute disgrace. Everything is a hardship. I rang for an appointment for my 6 month old child who is sick they ‘couldn’t’ give an appointment for 5 days. When I said I would need to ring back to confirm when we’d be available she muttered ‘for gods sake’ and hung up on me. I understand that everyone’s time is valuable but they are working with the public and need to show a little compassion and respect. Disgusting attitudes.

Do not ask for d.o.b over automated service! What does it matter

Terrible always 45-1 hour should be getting destroyed instead of the rest staff should be fired
