I would highly recommend Great Knightleys Dental Clinic because l have had the opportunity to use two of their dentists for care and treatment. They are gentle, patient and knowledgeable in providing options for care and treatment. I know I could give a star less for the busy telephone lines but I observed whilst in the waiting room, they do get a high volume of telephone calls. Their facilities are clean and I observe that their staff do adhere to infection prevention and control measures which is good. I also appreciated that they were one of the dental practices that opened during the pandemic in my area so thank you for that.
Really lovely, understanding and caring staff, including reception, dental assistants and my dentist. She's very kind and understanding with me as a nervous patient and explains everything before she does anything. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anybody, and I do tell family and friends that I can't recommend this practice high enough.
So very happy with my dentist they are all so kind n helpful.. receptionists can't do enough for you. Appointments always available.. Adrian is so lovely felt safe n happy in his chair and results are amazing thank you for giving me my smile back..
First visit. Was dealt with in a courteous and professional way. Everything explained clearly. The biggest downfall of this practice, as I have found out since my first visit, is their failure to answer the telephone. This is a regular occurrence - not a one off. I have waited 20-30 minutes to get an answer on several occasions. It appears that the reception is understaffed. In spite of complaining to the practice manager, there has been no improvement.
My husband went to the great knightleys dentist this afternoon for an emergency appointment. The dentist was rude, patronising and not very understanding. He had a tooth extraction, was giving no aftercare and not even gauze to clot the blood. Really not happy that he has been left like this, absolute shocking treatment.
Loveky staff polite and friendly and made me feel calm ,and it takes a lot to make me calm when it involves dentist ,thank you

Friendly and helpful receptionists, clean and tidy reception and my dentist Mr Leke very good. I would recommend Great Knightleys dentist to everyone.
I’ve never had problem till now with this new dentist I see I had 3 teeth out under sedation Well I was fully aware everything I felt every injection in my mouth and every tooth being pulled I kept putting my hand up or goin near my mouth to say that hurts for him to keep pushing my hand away he didn’t put cotton wall to stop the bleeding in my mouth so went walking out it was like chainsaw massacre been at my mouth I’m not happy you just top my nerves to 1000% I will not be coming back Thanks mate I’m in a lot more pain than I was
My 7yr old boy has autism and gets very nervous in new situations. The dentist was amazing with him and explained things in such a good way. He actually enjoyed going and even better for the first time we’ve had two days of him brushing his teeth without being asked! Would definitely recommend
