Posting on behalf of my elderly mum in law as she is too poorly at the moment to post up herself.nWe wanted to thank Ladywell Pharmacy for their quick action on making sure mum's medication was home delivered on the same day she contacted the GP!  The fast response by the pharmacy has help prevent  mum being taken back into hospital as she was able to start the treatment asap. Sincerely, truly grateful and appreciated x

Staff always friendly and polite, whether in person or over the phone. Also has a handy 24hr collection point just outside to collect prescriptions if you are unable to attend during opening times but if waiting on your medication being made up by staff, not often long waiting times. Plenty of parking.

I've said it before, but I'm just going to say it again. The girls in this pharmacy are brilliant! They go out of their way to help, despite some of the abuse they take from disgruntled customers who, if they were pleasant in the first place, would maybe enjoy the service that us happy customers do.nReviews are based on our own experiences, but one review on here uses language towards these girls that's simply uncalled for!nKeep up the good work girls - and lads - you do a fantastic job!
