Had a non-snow related breakdown in the midst of all the bad weather. My breakdown company had to call many garages to assist. Ladyroyd called in a guy who was on his day off to get me sorted. Whilst it took a long time to get to me, which, given the snow, was quite expected, they handled everything with professionalism and the personal touch. Very happy with their service and the helpful staff

The representative of this company who attended the breakdown of my car was extremely rude..abusive and incompetent...his attitude was disgusting and has no customer facing skills...he called me a liar twice and then proceeded to lie to me..about his company's policies....this man was openly lying to me and was trying to intimidate me...well it didn't work..the company who employs this man needs to realise that he is representing them..he acts as if the company is his own and would not confirm with his office concerns I had over policy he was quoting to me...totally unacceptable behaviour!!!...I wouldn't employ him to clean my toilet...let alone recover my car. I had a gent from your garage attend the breakdown of my car the previous week...he was extremely helpful and friendly...his name is Andy and a credit to your company...through dealing with him I was able to establish and verify that the man who attended my breakdown this week was lying and trying his best to avoid doing any work whatsoever...he is a disgrace!

My car battery was dead at 10am and these folks had my car sorted and on the go (with all the extra bits and pieces like wheel alignments and safety checks by end of day. I was very pleased with the courtesy of all the people that spoke with me (the lads were a good laugh) and Lorraine on reception was very polite and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience. As a newcomer to the Bradford area I'll be looking to get my car booked in for services et al here at Ladyroyd.
