After a 2 year court case there was very strong evidence Simon Lacey was in collusion with the Police and integral in withholding vital information from the court and CPS. Only when i threatened to dismiss him in court and produce evidence of his misconduct as well as police corruption was the case dropped. Since the case i have mentioned Simon Lacey to many people and quite a few have alleged that Simon Lacey is a known to be in the police pocket after being stopped drink driving. Whether this is true or not i don't know but from my experience of how he smells and acts i could happily believe it all. So if your looking for any form of defense Simon Lacey is NOT an acceptable option. AVOiD!
