Avoid this company at all your cost not matter you are a buyer or seller. Obviously, they have two teams. One team is promising everything when you looks around to get a quote. And at this stage, they are super efficient. They will reply to your email and any questions in seconds. But after you accept the quote and send over all your documents. The other team turns up who never reply your email. You could call them but in 80% case, you will end up with voice mail telling that you could leave your name and they will call back. For me, it never works. I have tried to call 10-20 times and hope some to pick up the phone. If you don't call them, you will never have a progress on your case.  If you want to mesh up your buying or selling, go for them. Good lucks.

Would not recommend BPL. My sale fell through which I cannot blame BPL for that happening. However I found their service very poor. Rarely respond to e mails or voicemail messages, found I had to keep phoning in the hope someone would answer. They tell you to use their free post service. First item took 10 days to arrive. Second item, my British Gas service report, according to them never arrived. This is causing me a problem trying to get a copy. Royal mail says it is treated as second class post?. so why 10 days. I will now pay extra and use a local company.

Kirstie and her team provided Amazing service would recommend this  firm to anyone.
the online portal  making it easy to get access to each step and stage of your case.. also they have answered every email i sent...importantly have every phone call  answered in order for us wanting to have instant understanding of any issue... either by the team or convayancer her  self. All in all i had the service i was expecting and more.

Excellent in every way, BPL handled our purchase with efficiency throughout. They kept us fully informed at every stage and despite the constant delays caused further up the chain, they did not give up! Would happily use again and thoroughly recommend to anyone selling or buying a property.

Have just used BPL for a sale and purchase and they have been exceptional all the way through.  Marie and Natalie were always positive, had time for me, and kept me updated during the important times. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to move.
