Came for coffee on the day of the village fête. They were quite busy but the ladies at the bar were so lovely, polite and clearly working very hard. The atmosphere outside felt like we were on holiday!Food: 5/5

Lovely place and really enjoy going! Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. the only reason I dropped one star off the food was that there are no obvious vegan options. I know I can go elsewhere but I do want to say how amazing this place is and how fantastic the atmosphere, location and people are! Definitely worth a visit and I will continue to support them.

We were greeted at the entrance by a very happy gentleman who warmly welcomed us. We were then guided to our table and the conversation with the servers was extremely friendly. The food was excellent. We shall return on our next visit in December.Food: 5/5

We love La Roma and chose to have our celebration there this evening. Sadly it wasn't great this evening, our chips we not cooked, the pizza was soggy, one of the waitresses was obviously unhappy in her job and didn't use manners or smile at all, when I asked for condiments it was done with an obvious sign of inconvenience. The other staff were lovely and attentive as they usually are and the rest of the food was delicious according to our family. Apart from this it is a lovely welcoming restaurant, good for families, well presented decor. The toilets need some attention as there was mucky tiles,  cobwebs, chipped paint, no paper towels for hands. We had to use the accessible toilet, if you needed to go in with a wheelchair you'd find it difficult as the baby change doesn't fold up. Mid Week Visit - Visited during the week for a meal and was amazed at how busy it was.  A testament to the great food and service that you receive.  Traditional home cooked Italian food, nothing is better.  Lovely warm welcome and great food.  Can highly recommend.Food: 5/5

Advised restaurant when I booked two weeks previous the we had a member of the party who was gluten intolerant. Reminded them again when checking on the booking Monday 2nd September . Reminded as they requested on arrival today 6th September.. when we ordered they weren’t able to offer any choice to the gluten intolerant member of our group other than homemade garlic bread. When it came it was that soggy they had to use a knife and fork. The staff other than the manager were miserable, impolite and unhelpful. The mains came and I ordered lamb when it arrived it was almost raw. They should have asked how I wanted it cooked. I told the waitress who cleared the plates and made her aware she said yeah it looked raw. We ordered deserts and out of the three deserts they only had one as they didn’t have the other two. At no point did anyone ask if everything was ok nor did they say please or thank you.

I went with my family a group of 6.  food was hot and  delicious.and the service was excellent. With highly recommend.Food: 4/5

Valentines Romantico meal. All the staff were very nice polite and created a lovely atmosphere. Candles and Roses on all the tables. Lots of food choices although as a Vegetarian not so which was a shame. The Garlic cheese pittza was gorgeous. The restaurant was on the cool side although we did pick to sit near the kitchen area. When paying for our meal there wasn't an option to add onto our card payment   to leave a tip and as we don't carry cash couldn't leave a tip which was a shame. We would definitely  come again to this lovely restaurant.  Parking: Lots of parking available .
