An excellent experience today weekday afternoon before the schools kick out at this KFC. Prompt, kind service with a smile, exactly what I ordered without argument and I felt like I was being catered for, rather than being an annoyance. Excellent staff. Top Notch. Food was hot and fresh, good and as requested. Drink the same. The party behind me were also served likewise. The front was immaculate and regularly cleaned. One of the best offerings KFC have. This visit proves they can do it perfectly. The toilets reek. Drainage / building issue. Not a cleanliness issue. Hence the 4 not 5 star. Will visit again if I’m close by. Parking: Over 30 spaces.
Ordered regular box meal and asked for the side piece of chicken to be breast. Got my order, took it to the table and looked inside the filet burger. The chicken was not a filet, it was about half the size - looks like they are cutting them in half before breading and cooking to get more profit from them? Went to complain, make at counter tried to tell me that because I had breast piece for my 1 piece of chicken that I didn’t get a full filet in my burger! Eventually they provided a replacement filet burger, with a full filet in it!! *check what they are trying to pass off as a filet burger, and challenge if they’re scamming you*
regularly order the boneless banquet from KFC, usually once or twice a month, and it's always been a solid choice. The mini chicken fillets are tasty and well-cooked, and the chips are just right. Popcorn chicken is a nice touch, too. Even with delivery, my orders come through just fine, and the food's consistently good. Definitely a reliable pick for a meal at home. Solid five stars for consistency and quality.
Terrible experience. Received a parking fine 2 weeks after meal out with my 2 daughters. Ate in restaurant and honestly had no idea there is a 60 min time limit for the car park operated by 3rd party. The staff were not welcoming and lethargic. The food was slow and incorrect and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Tables were dirty and staff moping around looking like they hate their life. I went over by 18 minutes on the parking limit apparently and this was probably in part to the slow order and wait time and Incorrect items. I complained to KFC and their "Care Squad" replied using a generic message saying they couldn't support me and to communicate with the parking firm. I feel like I've been treated disgustingly and will never set foot in this absolute pit of a restaurant and would recommend you avoid like the plague Parking: 3rd party run this car park for the restaurant and there is a 60 minute time curfew. You will get a hefty fine like me if you're not more vigilant and careful. KFC won't help you and will palm you off
I came through the drive through yesterday and spoke to a young lad called Ameer at the window who was extremely helpful with the order. His colleague had mistaken my order so he helped talk me through the menu as I haven’t been to KFC for a while and he helped me a lot. Great customer service and I will definitely be coming back.Food: 5/5
The location was clean with numerous staff working who appeared to be working well together. Our server was so efficient I felt that something would be forgotten! I bought the new teriyaki burger. NOT amazing at all. My insides still don't forgive me...Food: 2/5

Appears to have had a fresh overhaul. Burgers tasted better and building looked like it had been freshened up.Food: 4/5
Warm at best chicken super staff but not so hygienic at all in there toilet fascilities. They smell mouldy and damp and seriously the drains are stomach wrenching if I am honest. Cleaner tables tho but not so good in loos. Disabled toilet always seems locked ie if the one toilet for each gender is in use. A review from 5 years ago states the exact same problems with the toilets. How can it be ignored this long. Surely a health inspector check on this needs to be done. Drained water especially waste fecal matter I sense is building up somehow causing a damp issue. Can the franchise look into this long long long overdue problem. Not using the shop till I see it has been re updated in it toilets not just the shop front where the money changes hands. Hands use toilets it is simple human health.
We waited TWO HOURS for our food! Awful service won't be ordering from these clowns again! The driver was waiting over an hour for these muppets to give him our food to be delivered! They only sent it out because my missis rang them and asked what was happening to our foodService: 1/5
