Visited 3 times in the last 3 weeks as the restaurant is exceptional - the decor is gorgeous, food is incredible with a great selection. Always a warm welcome and would highly recommend!nnOne thing would be to have the baby changing table installed pretty please! I know that’s on the list for imminent installation so not counting it against the restaurant!
Traditional Italian restaurant with friendly staff and excellent food. Good atmosphere and dogs are welcome on their rooftop terrace. Their cannelloni is superb.
Did not expect the food and atmosphere to be this good. Arrived without a reservation at around 2pm on a Saturday afternoon and although it looked like a popular restaurant, they were able to fit us in. Service was friendly and staff were promt in attending to customers. We enjoyed scallops and calamari starters which were very tasty and for main we tried the carbanar and prawn and mussels linguine. Both tasted excellent, the carbanar impressed us the most, very nice.
This lovely Italian restaurant has a very pretty interior and lots of seating. Booked in for just after opening time and probably a good job, as it got quite busy quite quickly. Good selection on the menu and all the food was quick to be brought out and very tasty. Starter wasn't complicated but was lovely. Service was polite and didn't suffer as the restaurant got busier. Didn't have a dessert as nothing really stood out that was different, although they all sounded nice. A good place to eat and reasonably priced for quantity on the plate.
We visited La Piccola Italia yesterday.nAfter waiting for about 15 minutes, a waiter came and showed us to our table.nnFor starters, we ordered bread with olives and calamari — the calamari was actually pretty good.nI had a margarita for my drink, which was tasty and well-balanced.nnFor our mains, we had the Arrabbiata and the Penne Casa, along with mushroom and potato sides — all of which were delicious.nnThe decor was full of details, really cozy and beautifully done. The service was standard — not amazing, but not bad either.nnOverall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our evening.
