We’ve been to a few Michelin star restaurants including a couple of 3 star restaurants in Paris and I can say with a straight face this is the best among them all.  This place gets a perfect score in my books in all 3 categories I care about, ambiance, food and services.  The view this restaurant offers is incredible. Where can you find a place that allows you to see the night skyline of Roma with St. Peter’s Basilica in the background while you enjoy top quality food with great presentation and incredible service? The answer is this restaurant.  The food was fantastic. We had the gourmet chefs menu and those dishes did not disappoint. Every dish was perfect from presentation to the taste.  The service was one of the best we’ve had and better than the other two 3 star restaurants that we dined in.  Overall I think this is the restaurant to have dinner in when you visit Roma.

Best restaurant in Rome! deserving of three-star Michelin star. The food was beyond delicious, fun and creative. It was a great balance between the taste of fresh ingredients as well as the richness of the food. Staff was attentive and friendly. The ambience was romantic and luxurious. Gorgeous view of the eternal city as you drink and dine at the Finest restaurant in all of Rome!

Long story short: food was okay but great experience! starting with a text book talking about the “importance of minerals in your body” which is one of my favorite stories to tell people about my Rome experience—in a hilarious way, but hey we did get a small bottle of glacier water that was 40 euros per bottle lol tasted like a melted ice water haha normal water is like 10 euros here which is just not right... I wanted to remember our anniversary so I was filming the entry way with my phone and the lady there passive aggressively told me not to film that it’s not allowed. It was legit the voice of scolding a child in the middle of the crowd, shamefully.  We did 10 course meals and it took three and half hours to finish our meal. There were points when they don’t even come check us nor bring food or anything. It was okay but not the same as other three star Ive visited. Starting refreshments and first couple of courses were very nice, but starting from the middle, I couldn’t really taste the.. “specialty”of the food. It was looking pretty.. but honest point here: it wasn’t tasty as I expected.. knowing this is the best restaurant in Rome and maybe Italy, I was very excited to try this place but it was just normal sadly.. but the whole experience was definitely exceptional and romantic! I do not regret spending $1000 no joke or exaggeration, we did spent $1000 for a meal for two lol here for a dinner for our anniversary. I wouldn’t say food was worth it but the experience and that special moment you spent at the special place was more meaningful to me. It was a great place to try definitely and I am glad I did it, but I would not come back here..

A uniquely divine experience. The restaurant did not disappoint every detail was well presented. The 3 Michelin stars were very well deserved.

The best dinner in Rome. We had a table @ terrace and the view was charming. Food: we picked the 10 course  testing menu and it was delicious. We requested to change the pasta dish to the signature dish “ Fagotteli” and we are glad we did.

A real institution in Rome. The restaurant is located in one of the most elegant hôtel of the Italian capital and it is very elegant. The personnel and globally the service is really efficient. The cuisine is traditional, perfectly executed and very tasty.Food: 5/5

We were lucky enough to dine at La Pergola the night after having dinner at Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence. The two are simply not in the same league. La Pergola manages to create truly interesting combinations without letting the pursuit of “creativity” result in unpalatable dishes that leave guests feigning enjoyment as they rationalize the bill to themselves. The restaurant manages the tradeoff between fine dining and pretension reasonably well although I will candidly never understand the robust water menu that European fine dining restaurants remain committed to... Overall, between the great food, kind/attentive staff, and the stunning view - La Pergola is a must-visit while in Rome.

Beautiful restaurant with exceptional service. We had A La Carte , the food was absolutely delicious mostly seafood. I definitely will be back.
