Love my new bespoke monk bench.  Fantastic quality and excellent customer services throughout.  Such friendly staff and I love how many varied gifts they have.  I will be back again soon.  A big thanks to all at La Maison . X

Fantastic service, provided me with a lovely piece of ladder shelving as a treasured gift for a loved one. Warm and friendly owners with a deep knowledge of their craft.

Very poor communication despite leaving many messages. Was promised a goodwill box as way of apology but no surprise that didnt materialise either, shame they have lovely things but will not purchase from them again as customer service obviously means nothing

The shop is full of treasures.i purchased  4 wooden chairs which were painted in Paris grey and renovated.they have just been delivered,and I am absolutely delighted with them,they are exactly what I had been looking for, perfect.the staff are very helpful,but you need to be a bit patient with delivery time!!!!

Some good items in the shop.let down by very poor communication after item bought and waiting delivery. No contact dispite 3 emails and 4 phone calls.

Will be using this shop again. Very pleased with my handmade table and benches.

Bit of a delay with my order but ultimately made good by La Maison in the end, thank you.

Great shop. Always worth a visit to see the changing contents.
