young man with who's always there when go. Had trouble trying pay my Argos card so went into Buxton store n this man couldn't help me enough to get it sorted for me. Thanks
shut 5 minutes early then stood staring at me? after a house + drive from derby to buxton to grab a specific TV I was buying for my Gran, you can imagine I was very annoyed to have the workers stood behind a locked door, bags on, coats on stood staring at me then hiding in the back.
Staff are helpful and friendly and the store is clean and well presented. The click and collect service is excellent if a little dangerous as I am addicted to soft furnishings. Has a really nice range of goods and there is always something unusual and quirky in the catalogue.
Good store with good staff helpful service first class. Order and deliver is good prompt . The store has now been refurbished New desks computers latest models. Computers show full details of article .so if your looking for phone or tv you get all technical details . Lot easier to pick right product . more efficient .
More staff required. Stood waiting for nearly 15mins to buy a product. Not only that some been hear 20+ mins Update 4.03.22 I preordered a game that can't pick up from store. Its release date is today. They guarantee it to be delivered the day of release. today . Now i sit and wonder why my money was handed over at store and they can't uphold there end of a deal and get my product to me on time. I may as well of waited till today, gone to the store and paid and taken home myself. Yet now I sit awaiting and waiting.

Dishonest, tried to add extra charges to an online order. No apologies but just seeing crooked business practice as acceptable. Avoid at all costs for online pick up if you do not want to be ripped off.
What are the odds of being away from home on a half term holiday and needing to find an inexpensive well made digital zoom camera case for your twelve year old son and ending up successful? I confess I entered the Buxton Argos with low expectations only to be proven soundly wrong. Deep joy! Got a fabulous Lowe case that more than does the job of looking after his new birthday present. Staff were great. Warm, unhurried and engaging.
I don't like each time I phone to order being told thatl my item is In stock and will be held for me, then after travelling to pick said item up being told it is not in stock and being let down
