We have just had a takeaway delivered. We are literally 2 mins down the road. I ordered mushroom with mayo dip. No mayo included. My whole meal was cold as was my husbands. Ended up throwing more than half of it away. Very disappointed

I keep asking for chicken kebab but want  my chicken from were it s cooked on the wall. Not from cold. out of greasy frying pan then re heated. Shame on you LA have got no chicken TownsendFood: 1/5

I used to go to this establishment awhile back, and loved their food. Especially, their chicken burgers and fries. I went to get an order for a friend the other day. And, when I gave him his order, he said afterwards, that the donor meat, was too crunchy. Usually, it's just right, but this time, it was hard to digest. The chicken was rubbery, and the fries, were hard as nails. AND, when I asked for a receipt, one of the guys in charge, asked me, 'why do you need a receipt?'. C'mon guys, you're in our country now. The customer, has a right to have a receipt. In case, myself, or my friends, are ill, due to the food not being cooked properly!! Plus, I have them for tax purposes. He was quite rude, when I asked for one. I don't think that I shall be going there again, if all they do is a whinge!!!

Hadn’t used la for a long time due to the amount of time I had to wait for my delivery and again it’s happened over an hour and fifty minutes ,  I could of collected it by bus  Dietary restrictions: Fast food what else

Unfortunately a 1 star and a lost customer!!  I have been weekly for around 3 years spending between £30-£50 each time, my last order was around £57  not the usual staff the kebabs came with no pitta and about 4 hours after our food we were all sick with food poisoning, it was honestly the best takeaway for us and we would happily drive 5 miles Out to use this place but now will  never use again.

Ordered a kabab from here tonight. They got my order wrong. Only a few issues with it but when I called up they shouted at me and blamed me for it. And then hung up. I'm afraid to say it was the worst kabab I've ever had. Chicken was all mushy, white hard bits in the lamb meat. The kids burger was like cardboard. I only started eating here while my usual kabab place is having a reverb. Never again will I eat here. Save your money and go further up the road to King's takeaway.  LA CHICKEN = POOR QUALITY FOOD, RUDE MEMBERS OF STAFF & EXPENSIVE PRICES

Got an order from la last week and thought we wouldn't go back but we have always been going to la and enjoyed the food from there. We had ordered again last night and it was absolutely perfect just how it normally is! Keep up the standard because we do love an LA chicken. Thank you

I've been eating here for 20 years as it WAS the best in Bournemouth until they changed owners but kept the name. I've just had a soggy garlic torpedo wich could have lent some of its moisture to my to my unseasoned Ghandis flip flop of a chicken Donna kebab truly  a nasty experience avoid at all cost

One of the nicest takeaways we have had in a while!
