Watch your order!!! I ordered a 10” pizza and a 12” pizza. Got two 10”. Rang restaurant and said that I was happy to keep the two 10” pizzas but could they refund the difference in price!! Guy was very unhelpful and just kept repeating that he would change the pizza not refund the money difference. Asked repeatedly but no joy. Will not be ordering from there again!!!
Asked for a chicken salad, expected the meal to look a bit like the picture advertised,,,, got 5 breaded chicken nuggets chopped into bits. The salad had more raw onion than lettuce. The rest of the order was to the same poor standard.
Although food is good, service not so great. They don’t take card over the phone, they are slow, and certain members of staff are quite abrupt and refuse to deviate from the menu eg chips instead of rice, mixer meat instead of just donner. So many other places happy to please in the area that we won’t bother with them again
Large Doner Kebab - £7.50.* Very good kebab at a decent price. On my visit, proprietor was friendly and chatty a rare occurrence nowadays. Actual star rating - 4 1/2 stars. Recommended. * Update: Now £8.50.
Ordered a chicken doner couple of times. Although quite tasty, the delivery was quite slow and the man on the phone was quite impatient with my ordering.
Be very careful ...A relative of mine didn't like her take away and politely asked for her money back the woman who works there grabbed her by her throat and left a lot of bruises on her and would not return her money Has been reported to the police. Used to use them weekly will never again.use them . Worst customer service ever BE CAREFUL
Me, my partner and our family have ordered from N-Joy several times now and we have never been disappointed!! The food is absolutely delicious, great quality and excellent value for money. When my family first tried the kebabs they were pleasantly surprised at how much they enjoyed it and how delicious it was seeing as we hadn't had great experiences with other takeaways. Great deals, especially the two for one pizzas! This is our go to takeaway now and definitely one of our favourites. Thank you for your great food, service, and prices
Inedible ordered 2 chicken shish they delivered 1 chicken 1 lamb the 5 lumps of lamb were tough and chewy the whole meal was of such poor quality it all went in the bin. When I called to complain the staff member was so rude I certainly won't use this takeaway again.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would !!!!!!! I ordered at 10.29pm and didn’t receive my food until almost 12am when they were closing , my food was completely stale and freezing cold and I had 3 items missing I went to the shop that same night to sort it out and the boss had left and the cleaners wouldn’t talk to me they told me to come back tomorrow, I called them back up the next day and he refused me a refund and told me I should’ve bought the food back that night WHICH I DID the boss of this shop is so disgustingly rude I wouldn’t even waste your time!!!!! So so rude!!!
Ordered a dinner from here for 10 people friends birthday I cant honestly say it was revolting. The mixed kebab and kofta was tasteless, the 'chips' were actually fries are hands down the worse I have ever tried. Reheated still cold hard. Tasteless. Inedible. I ate 1 fry and put the rest in the bin. Noone ate their fries and most people left all of their food. If I could 0 stars I would. Save your cash and go else where.
