So I wanted a gym an all rounder that I could put some miles on my feet, do some all round body toning - general exercise and then relax with a swim, sauna, jacuzzi or just chill out. I decided to take a look at a few gyms that could possibly provide this, they were varied from price to equipment/services available LA Fit-Mossley Hill also have an onsight Spa and Physio, although I've never seen him/her. So I decided to go with LA Fitness in Mossley Hill about a month ago now. I have found that the club offers everything that I need, warm and inviting staff who are always ready to help at the end of the day they need our business lol, I joined on a great offer for which I can't complain and for what I want out of the gym it is perfect. I am sure that the equipment is potentially out of date, but then a computer is out of date the day that you buy it, needless to say I find the equipment more than adequate for what I am after. Changing rooms I have found are always clean, tidy and secure and with the latest deals you get 1hr 30 of free session with a personal trainer I did and it was hard work, kind of reminded me why I needed a gym lol. So ok, if your after a full on body building gym, this may not be your best option however if your after an all round experience, then I would suggest that this place may just fit your bill. One final point is that I was wary of having to sign up on the day I visited, so I didn't, I went home and contemplated it and went and joined a few days later, all I lost out on was a few days access to the club.

I warn you before it can happen to you too and find out only after paying, that the photos on the site are only symbolic !!!! The spinning room depicted is not at all corresponding to reality! The quality of the course seemed really poor to me and finally it's really expensive 10 Pound to do a Spin lesson. I advise you to try elsewhere surely with a lower price you can have much more. Vi avviso prima che possa accadere anche a voi e scoprirlo solo dopo aver pagato , che le foto presenti nel sito sono solo simboliche !!!! La sala di spinning raffigurata non è per niente corrispondente alla realtà! La qualità del corso mi è sembrata veramente scarsa e infine è veramente cara 10 Pound per fare una lezione di Spin. Vi consiglio di provare altrove sicuramente con un prezzo minore potrete avere molto di più.
