Great experience with Michael, I had a new boiler fitted and put in a different room, a radiator moved and some work to my shower. All was conducted efficiently and tidily, and Michael was lovely and had some great tips for me as a new homeowner. I'm extremely grateful, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
Michael fitted a new boiler for me and removed the old one. Did an excellent job - explained everything really well, worked extremely diligently and made sure everything was working correctly. Also followed up afterwards to check that I was having no problems. First rate job, and at a good price - would recommend.

Michael is a brilliant plumber who has been excellent to work with on the installation of several radiators. He is a lovely guy and nothing is too much for him
Michael installed a new boiler, in a different location and rerouted some pipework indoors. Communication was good throughout, work started and finished on time and the house was tidy upon completion, floorboards were replaced with little evidence they'd been lifted.
Michael is very helpful and polite. Thank you so much for helping us changing the boiler and make sure everything is sorted and worked before he left.
We've used L17 Plumbing & heating services twice as a local company. Once for an urgent repair to a bathroom hot tap that would not turn off, and once for planned replacement of an old permanently dripping kitchen mixer tap. Michael is very busy with a lot of jobs and the first time it took him a couple of days to fit us in. When he attended he quickly & efficiently made the repair and checked that everything else was alright. Later he came to fit a new mixer tap which has worked great since then, & also isolation valves penny valves to the kitchen & bathroom sinks as we didn't have these. Michael is very professional, clearly explains the work that he is doing, is very knowledgeable and will give advice but does not suggest unnecessary extras.
We had an issue with our hot water pressure and called Michael. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a quote and got the job done within days. He arrived on time, is lovely to deal with and sorted the job quicky and without fuss. Called Michael on the Tuesday and he came the following day.Despite our worktop not being in the best condition he did a great job. Definitely a proper craftsman not someone who has done a 3 month course.The new tap looks great and is really stable.He was polite personable and charged a very fair price. He was very tidy you wouldn't have known he'd been here. I would definitely use Michael again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone..Excellent.
