I chose 7 course meal and my husband had 10 course meal. Food displayed beautifully, both atmosphere and service was good. However the taste of food didn’t live up with my expectations. Most of dishes are on the salty side. Too much salt just kills all the flavors. The duck confit isn’t my cup of tea, can’t even finish it.
Great pick up meal.. made a celebration really special.

Beautiful building, delicious food and knowledgeable, attentive staff. We had a private dining room for our 7 course tasting menu and it was fantastic. I'd definitely return for dinner another time.
I went for a lunch at l'Ortolan with my family today. We chose the prestige menu 10 courses. The food was wonderful. Some dishes were exquisite. A few of them did not work so well for me but were still really good. It is pricey but it such a unique experience. The staff was great with a good introduction to each dish.
This place is a bit old. It needs some renovation and new ideas. Food is tasty but missing creativity. I was impessed by wines and their attidute to wines. Was surprised to see wines from Moldova, Romania, Georgia. Very interesting. The service was very good and sommelier was outstanding.
Really enjoyed our experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious! It's amazing how much a ten course meal can fill you up even though each meal was bitesize
Celebrated my daughters birthday here and meal was superb. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. Had the tarte tatin and it was delicious. Covid measures were good and didn't negatively affect the experience. Will definitely be going again.
