Lovely landrover dealership! I turned up on completely the wrong week for my MOT but they fit me in. Amazing customer service. Great staff. I didn't buy my landrover from them but will definitely use them for repairs and servicing and future purchases.

REFUSED TO SELL ME TWO BRAND NEW CARS BECAUSE I DONT LIVE CLOSE ENOUGH  RETURNING CUSTOMER  My father in-law and I purchased two brand new range rovers from here in 2019 and received excellent service, however I have just tried to buy two new range rover autobiographies and I have been told because I don't live in close proximity to the dealership that they will not sell me a car. silly me for trying to be a loyal customer.

Payment made by my finance company at 4.00 on Friday. Dealership have advised that I am not able to collect my car until Monday due to no-one working across the whole group who can check the bank account on Friday evening or over the weekend. Very disappointed with poor customer service.

The service that I received today was absolutely brilliant!  Despite my problem being the first time that such had been encountered there, I was just so relieved to be able to face the long drive home to Belarus with a full compliment of 4 wheel drive and the rest of the safety abilities of our Evoque! By Belarusian standards.....  Very very expensive repair but in fairness, couldn't fault the service today! Thank you very much!

We went to test drive a new Velar at Shukers Ludlow and on arriving we heard a comment made about how we were dressed shorts and t-shirts, it was in the heatwave almost implying we were wasting their time as we looked like we couldn’t afford it. Took the car out which was all fine. On return, the sales exec could not of been less bothered, he also forgot to give us our driving licences back. There was no follow up calls/emails. To top it off, we went back to get our licenses a few days later, and he just came out gave them back and left, no enquiry on if we wanted to proceed or a single word. So…..we bought a Velar from Listers the very next day as their customer service was exceptional. Probably best to not judge ability to buy a car on clothes next time Shukers.

While visiting Shropshire on our way to Ludlow the engine warning light on our Discovery Sport came on, after a recommendation we called Shukers who invited us to call in. On arrival  we were met by Albert who diagnosed and fixed the problem  so we could safely get on our way - all free of charge. Absolutely excellent service.Thank you Albert.

Called in without an appointment on a Saturday morning whilst visiting Shropshire as I thought the the steering on my RR Sport felt different. They immediately arranged for a mechanic Richard to inspect the steering and wheels and then take the vehicle for a test drive. In the event,  nothing wrong but very helpful and reassuring and no charge. Excellent service.

A very unhappy customer. Bought a used and approved car from Shukers Ludlow on 8 th May. The communication was very rubbish, they gave us wrong finance quote, first of all. Secondly, we were half way to the dealership to collect the car Exeter to Ludlow is 3 hours drivebut then the staff informed us the quote is different and its higher than the previous given. But we decided to continue our journey anyways. When we were checking the car, we found a broken rear wiper but the staff assured they would send a new one by post. But four weeks on and we are still waiting for it to arrive.  The car is stunning but the interior lacked proper cleaning and was very dusty. In two weeks time the car when the engine started indicates it required servicing. Again we contacted Ludlow and they have asked us to take the car to Exeter Landrover. When we arrived there, they inspected the car and said we needed full service. They completed it for free and was efficient. The car was approved so we should not have needed to face any problems nor go to full servicing. The face to face dealing with Ludlow was satisfactory however on the phone it was not as good. However we are still waiting for a reply from them about the wiper.

Purchased a used and approved RR Sport on 7th June. It was delivered to our home in Dorset a week later. From start to finished the experience was above & beyond. Our 3rd RR purchase but by far the best dealership we have used. Thank you Shukers

Bought a Land Rover Defender from Sannan Morgan over the phone, easy to deal with and the van was delivered to Durham today by  a really helpful friendly and pleasant driver. Great service from Sannan and Shukers. Never had this service from a Land Rover dealer before. Thank you.
