Tired and dated decor. Upstairs. Dull. Light fittings and windows need urgent cleaning. My chicken was tasteless although friend's steak very good.

Really disappointing after such great reviews. Worst than average food which was mainly cold. Lumpy mash and roast meat pork, lamb and chicken  that was overcooked and tasteless. Watery veg and overcooked peas. Must have been a bad night.

Great bohemian air about this place from the decor to the patrons. The food is very tasty, serving fresh local seasonal produce with a French twist. The best beef in the area. Also, have a chat with the owner, she is great. BYO alcoholic drinks, there are plenty of places to buy in walking distance.

Brilliant service and great authentic french food, best meal out in a long time.

Beautiful meal and setting for the parents to finally meet my partners parents. Thanks for making it so special. Beef bourguignon went so well with the Merlot id brought too. Highly recommend!
