Scum of a company tried taking our money when asked for them money back they said come Monday, just went up because we wanted the money now and they were about to get in the car counting the money, unless wankers

Very rude receptionist, looks down at clients! wouldn't recommend to the homeless. Houses of poor quality! Full of damp, dry rot ect.. Only interested in money! You will not hear from her unless it concerns money, if you phone for a job it's ether "I'll call you back, I'm with a client" (then you wont hear from her) or "I'll call my handy man" (the local cowboy) Where a repair will turn into a bigger problem. BEWARE! She will also enter your home! When your out to do an "inspection" without no notice or permission!  Can't stand on her own two feet, if confronted about the problem, she'll call her partner that acts the biggie but is actually a little lamb! Nothing but problems with this company, no wonder they're cheep. Seriously guys, don't waste your time and money with these. I wouldn't wish the problems we had on anybody.

We found this company to be helpful and pleasant, the receptionist was lovely, she took time to give my husband the information that he wanted, so we would deal with them again
