Your Vet Chris is always very good with my Cat and Dog. (even when the Cat gets a little grumpy). He explains everything fully and clearly. The Reception Team are always pleasant and friendly as are the team / nurses behind the scenes.

The staff are always so lovely and caring. Ivan is brilliant with my rabbits and I always feel confident they're getting the best care. The receptionists are really welcoming too.

Had nothing but great care and kindness from ALL the vets I've seen at Kynoch. Have been a customer for 15 years with 4 different cats (all rescues) a d wouldn't go anywhere else.

Vets are Generally quite young and inexperienced. Wouldn't choose for a massive operation or special condition but would use for general complaints and unnoculations - run-of-the-mill treatments. They offer a loyalty card scheme which is a good idea.

With the tough experience and decision we had to make and have just gone through today, they are hands down the most professional, kindest and empathetic Vets I have ever encountered. I wanted to say thank you to the staff and especially to Chris for being so honest, understanding and most importantly getting us through a tough time with our cat. Thank you for everything you have done for us and Max. Rest easy Buddha cat. Thank you again Emma
