Handy tool shop

Late in the afternoon a much abused compound saw died a death..options were to buy another cheap one or upgrade to a proper bit of kit. I knew the shop and thought at 17:10 they would be shut..quick phone call to check and to see what saws they had an into the van and off. Half an hour later a chunky De Walt saw plus bench was sliding into the van. ..straight back to site and crack on Yes I could have got it a bit cheaper on the internet but I would have lost Friday AND the weekend..also impressed by attention to detail, offer of being able to call out of hours if suddenly needed extra gear. Sometimes too easy to go straight on line and buy forgetting that down the road is a keen guy offering a personal service...if  had rung at 5 to 6 I think he would have stayed open until I got there
