waited nearly half hour for driver to take me to croy station this morning, phoned twice and told driver lost even with sat nav and postcode, ended up getting a lift as driver phoned himself after i cancelled to ask how to find address, controller said he was a fairly new driver, its hit and miss with this co, had a couple of good drivers, one davey i think his name drives seat toledo, credit to the firm, but been left waiting quite a few times and car dosent turn up and missed trains

Great service from booking to arriving at destination. Texts messages kept me up to date throughout too. Will be using again in the future.

Wouldn't take a booking from a local train station. Can only assume they've have so many no shows that they're no longer prepared to take this sort of booking. However, they've just lost yet another customer.
