Initial charge of £20 to get home was OK, but I thought that the £6 to get my phone back just seconds after he left me was robbery, he couldn't have been more than a few hundred yards away

Called at 0052 and told a raxi would be there asap, which would indicate 10min max. Called back to be told same thing, when challenged for a clearer timeframe was told anything between 5 and 50min then was hung up on. When phoned back the female was lovely and very diplomatic when i called her colleague rude. I understand it's busy but when a customer points out they are alone at an empty train station maybe explain the timeframes. I train people on customer ervce and he failed at every turn, you might hate your job mate but that's not the fault of yoir customers!!

Hopeless taxi company. One of the few taxi companies who expect the customer to pay for their drivers and controllers' mistakes. They put customers in terrible situations of either putting up with extra amounts on their bill or being put out of the taxi halfway through the journey and being expected to walk the rest of the way. Best to save yourself any trouble and just walk the whole way yourself, or use another taxi company.
