ABSOLUTELY SUPERB. I don’t usually give reviews but felt compelled to given the absolutely fantastic service from Anthony and the team. They fit my family and me in at short notice to replace a flat tyre which they did really quickly and then let us sit in the warm waiting room to have lunch with 2 kids under 2. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
The appointment availability, the price and everything else was exceptional. The place I purchased the car from let me drive it away with a dead battery so when I took it back and they replaced it I was never going to trust them again. I thought there was an issue with my brakes so I booked into a Kwikfit for the free brake check. They never made me feel silly when there wasn't any issues with them and I left with confidence in you guys. So when it was time for my MOT and service there was no doubt in my mind that I would be booking it in with you. Thank you again.
I had a great experience at Kwik Fit Wednesbury this week. I needed a puncture repair and a new tyre. Staff were very friendly, very helpful and very efficient. The staff explained exactly what was needed, and completed work in good time. Excellent service

Excellent service at Kwik fit today. Went in with a puncture, but had to have 2 new rear tyres as they were on the limits. Couldn't ask for more polite staff and great service.

After having a slow puncture and needing to go on a long journey at short notice, we needed to get a replacement tyres fitted the same day. I booked two new good quality tyres online for fitting at around £400 with a slot available for less than two hours after booking. We arrived and was dealt with quickly. After getting our wheels off we was asked why we was getting them changed as they appeared to be in good condition, we explained the slow puncture and was advised they thought it was just a rim leak and we didn't actually need new tyres. They offered to refund the new tyres/fitting and fix the rim leak for £25 which was brilliant and honest, they could have easily just replaced the tyres without any questions. This garage is quite far away from where we live but will certainly be using it in future.
Fantastic friendly service, even when fully booked still fitted my car in for a repair. Great treatment of NHS Staff, they made my Christmas!
Had a full set of tyres 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I had a nail in one of my brand new tyres. Not happy at all. Popped back to Kwick Fit for them to assess the damage, and the tyre was repaired in double quick time. Pleasantly surprised when I was told “ No charge”. Due to the the amount I had spent and being a returning customer. Top marks. Great customer service, that’s how to keep customers coming back.
