The only thing that let's it down is the short bald 'swallow on the neck'  tattooed numpty on reception. Everything is met with " can't do it now " and " can't do it today"  and " you will have to leave it with us"  or " its going to take a while" . very off putting . you are made to feel as if you are an inconvenience to them instead of a customer who pays their wages.if the van was not on lease and we have to use ATS I would go elsewhere . he could do with a customer care course . if you are offering a service in the public sector you need to be clued up on customer service and all it entails . gave them one last chance but was met with the same "can't do it now" mentality ( I had a puncture for Christ sake but he would not even put on my spare for me) . have since found out national tyres cover my lease van so have took my business to them and found them to be more helpful . I've seen it time and time again where the whole reputation is sullied by one individual . if that's how managers want it , be prepared for a slump in sales.

I've used these a number of times. Always excellent service and do not try to sell you things you don't want. Highly recommend.

I take the company van there, if they haven't got tbe tyre in stock they usually get it in for next day. Fast and friendly service.
