Paul was absolutely brilliant - discussed options Saturday and got booked in for Sunday. Overall, excellent service and good deal on Michelin's all round plus insurance for a year. Very busy but happy to wait for a job done right, not rushed. Cheers !
Friendly , helpful, managed to squeeze me in at short notice despite having a full diary, gave good advice and even managed to source and fit 2 new tyres even though it wasn't the reason for the visit, again as car needed to be up to scratch very quickly long journey 2 days after the appointment. Lovely courteous and efficient staff.
Brilliant service and very good price! Rang up in a panic with a flat tyre, one day before Xmas and due to travel in the car the next day. They fitted me in and gave me a fantastic service. Very pleased and grateful to you all!
I took my car in today and the work needed was carried within an hour without even an appointment booked! Very impressive service. David kept me informed and was very professional and pleasant. Highly recommended.
Cracking team, serviced two cars for me and new brake discs and pads, very helpful and knowledgeable team, I had an issue with my tyre valve a couple hours after leaving which was probably due to wear and tear, contacted the team who offered me guidance over the phone to fix the issue, also contacted me a couple hours later to make sure I was ok and managed to solve the issue, thanks guys, I normally stay away from commercial garages as had bad experiences in passed, however everything was very well priced and the team were very courteous and caring, I’m impressed.

My car was giving me all sorts or troubles.. The brake pads, discs and tyres. The customer service was excellent and the mechanics went over and above the call of duty. Parts were ordered in and fitted in record time. A big thank you to Paul, David and Nathan. Not all hero's wear capes. I salute you kind sir's. Very pleased with the work. I cannot recommend you enough.
Had booked the car in for 1pm. I had assumed that either I could wait for the car while the 2 tyres were changed. However the mechanic said it would take two hours. Fortunately I only live 15 mnutes away so walked home. They rang me about 2.30pm to query which tyres needed replacing, as I'd asked them to put the new tyres on the front, as I was told if they swopped them over the tyre pressure sensors would be in the wrong places! The worn tyres were at they legal minimum limit, and were on the back and I had nearly tyres on the front. I instructed them to go ahead anyway. By 3.30pm I hadn't heard from the garage so rang them and was told the car was ready for collection. I walked back to the garage and asked how the tracking was, as I was told they would do a free tracking check, only to find that they hadn't done it. I decided to take the car as I know that normally the tyres wear evenly. However I wasn't happy and left disappointed with the whole experience!
'Geordie' Dave was brilliant. He put so much effort into fixing the wheel bearings. Top job Thanks Dave!
Got my tyres changed quick enough but it was a bit of a wait for the tracking to get done, all in all an hour and a half. The staff were late finishing so that was good that they were prepared to work over the closing time.
