Desperately needed two new tyres before driving long distance. Phoned up on Sunday and they got me in that same afternoon. Absolutely brilliant service and for a great price too. Cannot fault them at all.

I visited not long before closing time on a Sunday to have a puncture checked out, it was repaired promptly and efficiently and the staff could not have been more cheery or helpful.nThank you, I would highly recommend Kwik Fit, Fernside Road, Poole. Had a puncture on the car and with it being the bank holiday I didn't think these guys would be open, luckily for me they were. The office was spotless, clean and tidy which shows the attitude of the manager is in the right place. If the first impression is this place is looked after it puts your mind at rest over how they will treat your car. I dropped in without a booking so I had to wait for a gap but that gave me a chance to go get a coffee down the road so a win win for me.nHaving got the promised call to say all was was ready I returned to collect the car. I was told I had picked up a nail somewhere and that was the problem. The repair has been an easy fix and they had checked the pressures all round the car too which was an unexpected and appreciated bonus.nI was then informed that as a gesture of goodwill for the day the repair was free of charge, can this day get better!nSo I can only applaud the team at Kwikfit Poole and say that any future work will be heading their way. I recommend that if you need work done the team here are going to look after your car in the way you would wish. Thanks to the team your gesture was very much appreciated.
Drove from London to Poole yesterday and noticed damage to front tyre. Popped in on off chance and they had a new tyre fitted within 30 minutes. Top service and a really nice bunch of people working there too. Will definitely recommend to my sonwho lives in Poole.
