A really great experience. I really recommend these guys. Had an issue late on a Saturday and they arranged for a mobile visit on Sunday morning. They didn't have the right valve stem for my cars TPMS so put a standard valve in temporarily to get me back on the road while they ordered the correct part. Once the new part arrived a couple of days later I was happy to visit them in Poole for it to be fitted. All done with no fuss. Very courteous and professional. Thanks especially to Alan who sorted it out on both occasions. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
Highly recommended. I had a flat at home, and no spare wheel! The guy was here within 20 minutes, and a new tyre fitted in less than another 20. Really good service and would definitely use them again.
I highly recommend this company. They also help with car batteries. I needed a replacement battery on Saturday at 2pm. I called Freeway as they were recommended to me. Jake came within 15 minutes of my call. As they didn’t have the correct battery, they searched around to find me one, came back to my house, and had my car up and running within 2 hours of my call. I was so pleased, and the service was fantastic. They even quoted me less than Halfords. Thank you so much Jake and Paul. Very humble and honest people :
Thank god for you guys.We had a blow out near Weymouth this evening.After 4 hours of waiting for the AA and it was getting dark,things were getting desperate.Jake stopped and simply asked if he could help.He was on his way home.I told him the situation and without hesitation,he turned around and headed back to Poole to get a tyre for us.All fitted and sorted within an hour.He even offered to stop and pick us up drinks on his return journey.Talk about above and beyond service.Jake is a legend.Thanks again.Sorry if your tea went cold.
After a drive down from kent and a blow out on the M25. Barnaby here on time so we could go to are family reunion. Thanks for coming out promptly to fix our tyre. First class service.
