On my recent visit to your Newton Aycliffe branch 813 Horndale Avenue I would like you to record my experience as I would like to compliment highly Matthew Lister for his professionalism, knowledge and in the polite manner he dealt with me as a customer. I will have no hesitation to recommend this branch to my friends and family. I very rarely put reviews on sites, however I felt this was just deserved on a job well done. Your a credit to the company and they are lucky to have you working in their establishment.
Matthew, Store Manager, was so helpful yesterday. My car was recovered to his garage after Green Flag couldn't get it started. It was believed to be a problem with the battery. Unfortunately, after replacing it, my car still wouldn't start and there appeared to be a much bigger problem that couldn't be identified. Matthew went above and beyond and sorted another garage for me. Thank you Matthew for giving such great service.
The service was exemplary. Charlie and his team fully explained the MOT procedure, and because my car failed, advised me, regarding what to do. I'm very grateful to him and his colleagues
Matthew and Charlie were brilliant, I was in the area and in a pickle. Needed an emergency full wheel alignment check and these fellas fitted me in and carried out their jobs perfectly. Thank you!
I ordered my tyres online to be fitted two days later. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong ones - I ordered runflats instead of ordinary ones. I was never made to feel stupid, I was explained my options, and how they could fit comparable tyres from stock so as to minimise the issue. Ended with me driving away with two new tyres, and not looking a fool.
Fast, friendly and excellent service. Great value for money, I doubt I could have paid less anywhere else. Highly recommended.
Arrived about 14.10 for 14.30 appointment left at 14.55 with 2 new tyres fitted can't complain at that very nice chap called Charlie kept me informed 5star for Charlie
The staff were friendly, informative and used common sense by correcting small issues on the day rather than asking me to make a further appointment.
Actual life saviours. Honestly I couldn’t thank the lovely gentleman who was working today enough. After another garage messed up my car on Monday during servicing which resulted in me driving 50mph for 40 miles on m1 and almost crushing in process. I turned up with panic attack, tears in my eyes and terrified just before lunch time On Saturday. I was on a way to a wedding which I couldn’t miss and he graciously fixed the car for me there and then. I genuinely couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you thank you thank you. If there’s any big bosses reading this, give these guys a bonus or something :
Used four times now since I moved back to the area a few years ago. Went in with a slow puncture, straight in and fixed within 30 mins. As a company car driver, I've had to use Kwik-fit for over 15 years and in all that time I would say this branch is definitely the most helpful.
