Friendly store.wheelchair accessible by way of flat level surfaces, although not automatic opening doors is an issue. Wide aisles. Small well stocked cafe although not much room for wheelchairs n prams. Workshop area where there's classes on most days and they distribute a what's on booklet within the store and an online booking app. good selection of craft items.helpful and friendly staff willing to help where they can. Some prices are on the high side but they often have discount and sales on plus if you are a member you get percentages knocked off higher the more you spend over the year.

Lots of lovely craft products. Helpful staff Runs courses and workshops. Excellent coffee shop with reasonably priced snacks and now they sell yarn. !

Great place for all crafts. Really friendly staff. A great café. Want more..... OK they also have great craft classes to learn a new hobby or brush up on old skills. I just LOVE this place xxx

Friendly helpful staff, great variety of craft supplies and plenty of classes to learn new skills or improve existing ones. The cafe has best quiche and cake in the North east (in my opinion!)
