I was over on holiday in Ireland when I suddenly got a punctured tire just as I was leaving the Newry area, and heading back to Dublin Airport. Nice lad with the AA recommended this place. They knew I had to catch a flight in Dublin and immediately went to work on my rental, and got me back on the road. I want to thank them very much! Highly recommended.

The services were nice. All the faults were fully explained and relevant corrections were carried out in a professional manner. Doors of the vehicle should have been greased and lubricated. There was a sound in the vehicle which was not detected. Otherwise, very nice and professional attitude of the employees.

Flat tyre on side of the road and has no car jack to get the wheal off and fella pulled in and got me sorted

Dan and the team were very helpful with sorting me out, I am a motability customer and sue to my ligaments and muscle problems I cannot do services myself and they were extremely friendly, reliable and quick, best service I’ve seen in Ireland, thanks once again and would highly recommend to anyone needing fixes in a speedy time limit

Heading to the airport and discovered a flat tyre that morning, managed to get spare on and then stopped to have tyre replaced, tried Kwik Fit Belfast who were no help so decided to stop at Newry on route, the staff member Dan I think his name was couldn't have been more helpful, all sorted in great time and a much more reassuring journey, many thanks.

Discovered a faulty nearside headlight in Drogheda last Fri morning. Called in at Kwikfit Newry and Dan and his - depleted - team were fabulous, got things sorted within 90 minutes and the fact Kwikfit have wifi always enables a pile of work to get done. Thanks Very much!

Our STOP warning light came on as we were on the way to a wedding. Fortunately, we were able to stop at Kwik Fit in Newry. John could not have been more helpful. He identified the problem, immediately called a supplier to see if they had the part we needed in stock and then drove to get it for us himself. He then fitted the part and we were on the road again within 30 minutes. The man is a complete legend. Thank you so much John.

Booked appt online, very easy and user friendly. arrived for my appt at Kwik Fit Newry a slight wait but not long. handed over keys/car and watched from waiting which had free WIFI plus a screen of which all details was displayed from the test on tyres.  Great Service.
