These gentleman were fabulous! I usually dislike big chain car garages, but a relative recommended this place. It was a bit of a circus getting my car fixed my fault as there was more wrong with my car than I noticed but in the end we got there! Before you think, 'oh no they're ripping you off' think again, these people know their stuff.  I found it a relief they allow you to bring a 3rd party spare part to install on your vehicle, as they didnt stock the part i needed that was broken due to corrision damage in order to place a wheel on. There is a viewing area for your car repair here for those who don't have the means to be picked up/dropped off without transport.  Car feels safe for winter again! Many thanks, by the Suzuki Alto x

Actual service was good as the complete exhaust pipe needed replacing and this was done in two hours, as we needed the car, however the cost of the parts and fitting was £350.

Absolutely first class service from Kwik Fit Neath today. The boys who work there are friendly and helpful. I took my daughters car, with a warning light displayed, they diagnosed the fault, arranged the parts required and carried out the repair swiftly and efficiently . I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were on the last day of our holiday in Wales when we got a puncture. Phoned to ask if a tyre was available for our car and if it could be fitted same day. This was at 16.30 on a Friday. Limped in from where we were and got to the Neath branch at 17.30. Twenty minutes later we were sorted and good to go. Fantastic service, friendly and helpful staff and a good price. Thanks for getting us back on the road.

I was told my car would be ready in the day. I was there at 8.30 and was told at 14.00 that my car wasn’t started due to another car being still worked on. My car wasn’t  ready till the next day. I had plans for later that evening and battled to get a lift in the next day   Please schedule work better.

Booked an appointment however when getting there I was told that I had cancelled it when obviously not. The fitter who repaired the puncture done a great job. Although I had an appointment still had to wait over an hour.

Apart from the fitter Darren being very pleasing on the eye,the whole experience was top notch...might I suggest tighter trousers for the lads..
