Excellent customer service, answer emails very quickly, quotes given very quickly overall better than all other main dealer garages I've dealt with. Staff went above and beyond to ensure correct parts were given regarding timing belt replacement first time.

Very good . Service department were excellent my X max had a major service . All done in the time we agreed on and had a clean . I will use days Ford Neath all the time .

Independent dealers are what they are - I had a dreadful experience with the group when I took my new Focus in for a service and they had the nerve to charge me £200 for it. It took 2 weeks for the fault to clear!
