My car wheel was close to falling off having not been put back on properly by another company and could have ended in tragic consequences as I had driven from Sheffield! I pulled slowly into Kwik Fit on Edge Lane and they immediately had a look at the problem and then jacked the car up. They showed me how dangerous it was and that all the bolts were loose and only 3 remained holding the wheel on loosely. They told me to leave the car with them and they would do the best they could if the wheel hadn’t been damaged. Four hours later I returned for the car which had been fixed, had a test drive and was having its screen wash topped up. All this was done free of charge and I was able to return to Sheffield safely. Huge thanks to Keith and his team, especially the one who worked on the car for me. I offered him £20 note twice and he wouldn’t take it. They were caring and helpful and I am very grateful to them all! Thank you :
Customer service and satisfaction is the priority here, I came for my vehicle tracking and after driving the car I was very happy with the quality of work conducted and the detailed information provided in the vehicle health check document.
Service was exceptional, everything was explained fully to us and it was clear that great care and attention was given to our vsr despite the team being very busy. This wasn't our local Kwik fit but the only one we could get an appointment at between Xmas and New year. We would choose to go back to this one because of the service we recieved.
I was dealt with politely & efficiently & unexpectedly given a discount because I had recently purchased two Michelin tyres from my local Kwik Fit in Oatlands, Surrey. There was a problem with paying with my cards but that was calmly resolved.
Arrived, clearly quite distressed as massive nail in tire and 130 miles from home, solo. Despite being fully booked, the manager was so kind and squeezed me in. Couldn’t have been more courteous and helpful and reassuring thank you. Sadly had been very disappointed by another KwikFit who refused to help me despite the fact I was clearly in distress and a long way from home. Thank you KwiknFit Edge Lane!
Not happy we went in to get our back tyres replaced paid for new ones ,we drove away and my car wasn’t the same started going to the left ,I phoned back up got completely fonbed off and was told not there issue but my car drove perfectly until they fitted the tyres they wouldn’t fit me in to check it over that day they told me I needed to wait a week for them to fit me back in even though I had been in for new tyres previously and had no issue with the car until it went in
Always find the guys working here friendly, just drop car off collect when ready no hassle. Decent prices as well for MOT etc never feel like they try rip you off either
The guy I spoke to was a lovely guy he explained to me about tyres and pricing and they done an excellent job.
Got me in for a tyre repair straight away, and the guy who dealt with me was very happy and pleasant
After receiving great service when I had my MOT a few months ago, I had no hesitation in booking a full service yesterday. This is definitely my "go to" place for all things related to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this branch.
