Shopped Thursday 10th Nov. for fridge freezer. Pleasant helpful lady served us. Had it delivered 11th Nov. free delivery Pleasant delivery man, who took away our old one for £20 charge. Cannot praise them highly enough. Pays to shop locally Thankyou for such a good deal.

I have never came across a group of guys that could be ever so helpful, I dealt with Phil but all the other guys could not be more supportive on purchasing a television. I would normally purchase from the likes of Curry’s but they seam so cold and not as knowledgeable compared to McMichaels. I even made a phone cal after a couple days after purchasing and they could not be any more helpful. I will definitely use and promote them with my friends and family for future purchases. Tony Duffy has been involved with many of our purchases over the years, his knowledge, courtesy and friendliness is one of the reasons we keep returning!
