Service was good, friendly and the chap serving seemed to be very knowledgeable. There was a wait but we did arrive late in the day, it's worth noting they work on a first in first rather than a time slot booking so them people complaining about long waiting times on here were clearly arriving later in the day. In the beginning he said there might be an additional charge for wheel alignment, and I immediately thought "we are going to get taken for a ride here". At the end however he said no extra work needed doing, and as I wouldn't have known any better the honesty has certainly earned some repeat business. In addition price came out cheaper with fitting than some of the online places I looked at, so all in all very good.

Good honest MOT. I'm a mechanic so I've prepared the car beforehand. They found me a slot despite been fully booked. Well done lads. You go the extra mile. Thank you.

Given that this branch of Kwik Fit has attracted some bad reviews, I ought to record that I had a very happy experience of their service. Alerted by the tire pressure indicator on my BMW, I drove into their garage without booking. The staff checked my tires within ten minutes and reset the indicator. I have had no trouble since. There was no charge.

Popped in today to get a puncture repaired and the lads were spot on and got it sorted as soon as they could. I'll defiantly get my tyres from there simply because the staff are spot on. They're a credit to the business. 30/4

Terrible service not just me but most friends who used it complained too, DONT! go for MOT there !! its cheaper but they do everything they can to fail you so u pay again for test! they will bend your wiper blade and un-clip your child seat and then failed MOT for those reasons plus some random other shi* ( happended to me) i went to different garrage and it passsed without problems. My previous car (BMW) after oil change service there- had to be cleaned from oil everywhere incl. body work! plus they said they change filter but looks like they did not! its same one !
