Experienced a tyre blowout on the M53, and a recovery vehicle brought me to this Kwik Fit location. We got there 30 minutes prior to their closing time. They informed me that they wouldn't be able to replace the tyre that day. However, during the remaining 30 minutes, they didn't work on any other tasks and simply focused on cleaning up the place. It seems more appropriate to do that after closing hours. Disappointing experience.
Came highly recommended so we took both our old cars there and got great service! Friendly team, work done quickly and honest advice given on work required. Absolutely going back in future!
I took my fiat 500 for a service and the young lad Rhys was there on hand to help. He delivered immaculate customer service along with the rest of the team. I would honestly reccomend Kwikfit Birkenhead for all your Vehicular needs. 10/10.
Took my partner car in this morning. Greeted friendly by the lads on the desk. Left the car with them. About a hour later, got a call to say it had passed and ready to collect. Made up with the service.
Had to call in after puncture on the M53 but it turned out the alloy wheel had cracked and they were unable to help but their aid in resolving this issue was second to none. Have used them for over a decade and would recommend them for courtesy and excellent service always.
First time husband ordered wrong size tyre Second time waited nearly 2 hours due to tyre delivery did not come and I had to rearrange due to being in work 3rd time tyre was changed and then had return due to car going to the right automatically. They had checked tracking and appeared all fine but didn’t have that issue prior to me getting the new tyre.
I had a slow puncture in my back tyre, I rang them and made an appointment. I was there less than an hour, the men got to work as soon as I'd booked in.
Just got my tyres and window wipers done today which were fine but didn't call me back to say it was ready to be picked up and it was buried at the back in car park with three cars in front of mine. Customers service not very good.
