The staff nearly all the times I go there fit me there and then. Instead of booking it next week or some distance time and date which I can’t remember or have the patience to wait. Happy staff who works there, friendly and more importantly Fast and Good service.
Great service fairly quick at changing tyres. Staff stopped for breakfast but they didn't invite me and I was starving Got sent Tyre check which I wasn't expecting. Staff are super friendly and professional
I booked in for two front tyres and requested the free alignment check, as I was confident it needed correction. The staff were friendly, respectful and listened to my request. The work was done in the timeframe indicated and although I had instructed them to correct the alignment, if it was necessary, they took the time to explain the report beforehand and clarified that I was happy to go ahead. A great team, always friendly, polite and never pushing the sell to you.
Left my car there first thing this morning with what I thought to be a rattling exhaust. Was phoned later to be told that the technician had also heard the rattle when driving the car onto the ramps, but that further inspection found the exhaust to be in quite good condition and not the cause of the rattle. He added that he was going to take the car out for a short drive to see if he could diagnose the problem. He phoned me about half an hour later to inform me the car was ready for collection. He met me on arrival and showed me the minor issue that had been causing the rattle that he had corrected. Amazingly, I was not charged for this work. Refreshingly trustworthy and friendly service that I applaud and commend. Thank you.
I always get excellent friendly service. I always use this branch and I feel the staff know me and what I need. They recognise me and know my car even before I can tell them about it and they are always helpful and able to give me advise when I ask for it.

I took my car here for an MOT. Was easy to book online no issues. Went into reception and the man was friendly enough. He said it would be about an hour for the MOT and he would call me when he’s finished. An hour and 20 mins later I still had no call so I walked to reception and sat down and the man said if I was here for a car and I said yes. He then said my car had failed and then proceeded to say it would cost me about 240 to fix with labour. It failed on the anti-roll bar linkage pin or bush was excessively corroded and needed changing. So I thought that’s not to bad with labour involved. He said he would call me when it’s done and 2 hours later still no call. I had to call up to ask if the job was finished and he said yes it was. After driving the car away I looked up how much it was to purchase some anti roll bars. The most expensive ones I could find were anywhere between 15–20 quid. I can’t believe I’ve been scammed 240 quid when the parts are so cheap! I had no idea they were so cheap and I could of probably fixed it myself. Don’t take your car here for an MOT! They overcharged me massively and didn’t even call me to say they’d finished the job! Very poor service and scammers. Very unhappy with the service. I’m now down 240 quid! Thank you Kwik Fit
Having a small fleet of vehicles its important to find a reliable,reasonably priced and helpful garage For M.O.TS I use common sense and book my vehicles in at least 3 weeks before incase of any problems with them. I have found one in Kwik fit Prenton. I have recommended you to several of my work colleagues. All who have used your services have been very pleased with your professional service and help. Well done Steve and his team you will get all of my future business.
Brilliant job. Had an issue getting my dust caps off both tyres on the drivers side as they’d rusted. Rang up in the morning, was asked to come down straight away & was seen to as soon as I arrived. The guys were really nice & helpful, fitted two new valves for me, new dust caps, filled up all the tyres to the correct levels & adjusted it on my car system too. Cannot fault the service, thankyou x
