Great service for a replacement tyre at short notice. Lewis dealt with me from taking the initial call through to handing over the keys after the work was done. He was EXCELLENT and a credit to Kwik Fit. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He should be commended. First Class!
I always get tyres replaced here. I've never needed an appointment and I've always been sorted within an hour. They always have tyres for my vivaro van. There is comfy seats while you wait and free drinks including tea coffee and chocolate. The staff are always hard working, polite and friendly . Recommended
MOT Very easily arranged online. Just needed to show up at selected appointment time and collect once finished. Brilliant.
Had my MOT booked with them last month. It unfortunately failed but Liam was extremely helpful and called to explain what my options were. I had what failed the MOT fixed and also had some advisories seen to and then it was retested for free and passed no problem. Very efficient and lovely people. Would highly recommend!
