I had a great experience at Kwik Fit Anlaby. I rang with an enquiry and was told to come whenever suited me. Damien was really kind and reassuring. He sorted the issue within a few hours so I had my car back within an afternoon. Massively recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
My absolute go to every time. Staff, prices and service are great. John and Nick have gone out of their way to help me on several occasions, always on the nose, trustworthy and kind. I’m beyond grateful and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. It’s a bonus they are also close by. 5*
Came in last min for an oil change for a used van I had just bought. John was fantastic and went above and beyond for me, changing the oil, even cleaning out pollen filter and also giving van thorough inspection giving me peace of mind on my new purchase. Absolute star, if only customer service was like this everywhere.
Absolutely fantastic team ...my wife and i came for just a battery check but the Fiat lost power right there at the garage , the team found out the problem sent for and fitted the part and as an extra pumped up my tyre , I was so greatful especially as I'm severely disabled due to sepsis/septic shock/gangrene which damaged my legs...I'm eternally grateful for these fine chaps they went above and beyond ....thanks lads...your the GREATEST.
Got 4 tyres installed on my car pre-booked online. Really friendly service. My only negative is the wheel alignment is expensive. It's £35 at other reputable companies. They wanted £75 but gave it for £50 as a discount. Other than that all the lads was great. Happy with the quality of the tyres.
