This team are excellent. They are all relaxed, happy, knowledgeable and courteous. We had some work done to our Qashqai after an MOT issue and everything was managed professionally and with full transparency and honesty. These guys are really great- the best local mechanic by far and reasonably priced also. Iqbal has turned this place around from previous management. Well done and thanks
The guys at this KwikFit are excellent. Always top quality work, done in a very reasonable time frame and as a customer always updated before any works take place with very clear and honest descriptions of the problems, what is required, how long it would take and v respectable pricing. I have taken my car there for a number of years and always had fantastic service. Thanks guys
Good service from this branch, I had 2 jammed bolts on my BMW X2 which couldn’t come off. Stefan looked at the car for me and was very helpful, they were unable to remove the bolts due to them being completely rounded off, however they suggested a specialist in the local area and within 1 hour I had the job done! The manager of this branch was very friendly and even helped me put pressure into my tyres. Would highly recommended these guys!
Ishmel and the guys were really helpful. I had some things that needed doing to my car before I travelled on a long journey. They gave me good advice and sorted out what they were able to do. I will definitely come back again. One of the best Kwik Fit's I've ever been to. Thanks guys!
Branch manager Iqbal was extremely professional and exceedingly knowledgable. He provided detailed and clear issues with resolutions. Very happy with the customer service provided by him and would definitely recommend others to go to the Mill Hill branch and see him for an overall outstanding experience. Well done Kwik-Fit !!!!
The manager Iqbal made me feel welcomed on arrival and the job requested got started at the given time. The engineer carrying out the job was also very polite, ensured the car remained clean using protective covers etc and done a good job.
These guys at Kwik Fit were able to see to my tyres, as soon as they were authorised by AA. There was no hanging around. Kwik Fit do their very best at all the branches I have been to. On this occasion, I have to thank both Ethan & Dimitri at the Great North Way, Hendon branch, for doing their utter best to get me back on the road in time to get to my pupil for their mock driving test! I am very grateful.
I chose to come here which is out of my way. I don't usually have good experiences with most Kwikfit, however this place everyone is always happy to help and answer questions. They seem laid back but professional. I will always come here out of choice. MOT is usually very competitively priced and I haven't been disappointed with any work carried out after years of use.
I have been going here to get my car serviced for a number of years now. Great professional and honest work! I really appreciate the advice and care taken with my vehicle! Highly recommend!
Great service. Had best experience. Special thanks to Ethan and Faz for helping out right before closing. They held on and made sure my car was safe to drive back again. Very good service.
