Booked in an appointment to change a coil spring. Was told it would take 3 hrs. After walking round for 2 1/2 hrs I returned to find they had only removed two bolts. I questioned this and they said they were waiting for a ramp and were understaffed. Reluctantly I said I would wait for the one side to be done and heard repeated hammering to see my cars swing arm being hit with a lump hammer after being told that the arm travel wouldn't let it go that far structurally so now I stuck with a damaged car, wasted day off work and dangerous car still. Understaffed and undertrained. Should have taken people's advice to stay clear.
What can I say apart from great service and a happy to help staff... We arrived without an appointment after getting a puncture... Spoke to one of the mechanics who said he would speak to the manager to try and fit us in as they were very busy ... A very smiley bearded man forgot his name think it was chad came out to great us and said he would be happy to help if we did not mind a little wait. After a coffee and 40 mins wait we were back on the road... Thank you guys for a great service and Thank you Chad for helping someone in need. Happy new year
Really great service! Needed two front tyres replacing on my car. Dropped the car off at around 9:30 this morning, called me less than an hour later to confirm all done. Reasonably priced, super polite and friendly people who work there, even pointed us in the right direction of a good place to walk the dog while we waited thanks guys!
Brad the manager, he is so respectful and helpful. To be honest I drove all the all from Portsmouth to fareham just because of brad. He treat’s customers as friends and he’s funny. I was having a bad day and he made my day by saying funny jokes. He deserves a raise or something.

I had a slow puncture and was due to drive to and from Oxford the following day. I had rung around to 4 other Kwik fits and explained this to the gentleman who answered the phone. It was clear that they too were super busy. He took pity on me and squeezed me in. They were really quick and did a couple of checks on the rest of the wheels to make sure it was ready for the long drive the next day. Really helpful and professional!! Thank you
Absolutely delighted with the courteous and prompt service provided today. I was kept informed throughout the process of booking on the phone, booking in at the reception desk, tyre change and realignment. I felt confident that my car was in good order when I drove away. Thank you Kwik Fit Fareham.
2 days before Xmas I visited this branch panicking because my car was making a grinding sound after just being fixed at my local garage in chichester the prior day these guys couldn't do enough for me! Even though they hadn't carried out the work they had my car up on a ramp wheels off for a thorough inspection! They diagnosed the problem spot on- in future I will be travelling to this branch purely for the fact they were professional, polite and actually diagnosed the correct problem in minutes that the previous garage had missed! They went above and beyond, they informed me that my car wasn't safe to drive which I'm very grateful for as I had 2 young kids with me. They did not charge me a penny. I left some paperwork in the office and they called me after Xmas to let me know so I could collect and they asked if I got home safe and they offered to call my local quickfit and explain what had happened if I was to go there, I would love for this review to get to head office so they are aware of the brilliant service I recieved. Friendly and helpful explanation. No unpleasant reaction when a nuisance on my part occurred. Giving me options. Can not find anything to complain.
Called with a puncture and without hesitation asked me to bring the car down despite being close to closing, resolved the puncture working post their finish to get me back on the road. Staff were kind and courteous, great service.
