From the moment I rang Lee at KwikFit Consett he gave me confidence that he would resolve my problem. A run flat with a massive hole in it.  My BMW 320d Tourer behaved brilliantly n the 9 mike drive to Consett  Lee and his team did a great job of getting me back on the road with a pair of #quality Bridgestones. I always take my car to Kwik Fit Consett for MOT, service or any issue with the car. They are professional and reliable. For someone like me who doesn’t know anything about cars this is essential. All the team member are nice specially Danny who is kind and always trying to help.

Went to this branch today for the first time. I had been getting blow outs on the motorway and the lads checked the wheel alignment straight away and realigned on the spot. I also had my 3 year old daughter with me and they were so accommodating. My daughter wants to go back because they were so nice. Great service thank you

Excellent service and advise. Extremely friendly. Danny was our engineer as we were from out of the area he shared points of interest for us. We arrived with a puncture at 4.30 and they fitted us straight in. Needed all four tyres and wheel alignment in the end and car was ready at 5.45. Customer facing and professional. Great job.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Car went in for replacement of a flat tyre, entire underside of car was inspected without having to request. Dangerous installation of plastic wheel covers was identified, explained and rectified; rear brakes highlighted as clearly rotten and in need of replacement. I greatly appreciated the time taken to show me the car lifted up - as a new very old car purchase, it was reassuring to see that all major areas were in good order, and the team at Kwik Fit Consett were addressing all problem areas.  Would recommend and will use again.

I took my car for MOT, Danny was there and he explained the process in a clear way and he gave me his professional opinion as I am not an expert. He was on time. Kwik Fit is a big chain because of Danny and his colleagues.

My car had its MOT today and I was looked after by Danny who was exceptionally  courteous and kind and ensured that I was comfortable whilst waiting. This was important to me  as I am waiting for a hip replacement and do suffer with a lot of pain. Danny carried out a very professional service and I would highly recommend Quickfit.

My sister was unable to write this because she has written a 5review previously, however she visited today for an oil and filter change and just wanted to say a massive thank you to Alan, Lee and the rest of the guys for the friendly and efficient service. Always a pleasure.

Great service once again from Kwik Fit in Consett. Take my car here all the time and today went back for my MOT. Danny served me today and was polite and professional and provided a great quality service.

We were due to go on holiday and had a problem with a valve on a tyre.  The Kwikfit lads were so helpful, fitted us in, checked it over and fixed it straightaway.  We highly recommend them.
