Saved my day literally after another garage failed my MOT on brake pads on a Friday morning and had no time to fix them or carry out my service, leaving me with my car off the road until the earliest they could do it the next Thursday .nI was absolutely gutted as needed the car for work and they knew that.nI was happy to leave my car with Hope street to be done on the Tuesday as it was a bank holiday weekend but I took it in at 2pm and a call by 4.45 on that same Friday saying it was all done new MOT and brakes . Eternally grateful
Never used the garage until this morning following what sounded like a bag of spanner’s being towed along when I drove my 20 plate vehicle. I suspected that it was a loose brake dust plate on my fn/s wheel. After trying me usual garage who didn’t have availability phoned Hope st garage spoke with who I believe was a mechanic. He said they were manic but if I brought my m/v up they would have a look. Went straight up . They immediately took a m/v out the workshop and put my m/v on the ramp. Couple of minutes examination, and some consultation was followed by removing my dusk plate from fns wheel. Few minutes later handed keys and went to the office to pay. Price ?, a box of chocolate biscuits. Well they got 2 at the moment Absolutely outstanding service. They will be getting all the family vehicles now.
I’ve used this garage a few times now. I initially used them as the garage I used to use was too busy to see me. They are reasonably priced and I’ve had no fuss. Based on my experience with them I’d 100% recommend them to anyone
