Couldn’t be bothered to even glance at my car that had a screw in the tyre, even though I was supposed to driving up the motorway the next day and it was 4pm on a Friday.

Timewasters. Booked an appointment over the phone and wasn't recorded so can't do the job! Then you have them waiting around on a booked appointment to find any excuse not to the job. Lazy people - don't appreciate a job. Needs better recruitment practices.
