Don't bother using their 'book online' service. Used the service on Sunday (as garage was closed ) first available appointment Tuesday - I get this, they need to check bookings on Monday and confirm etc. It is now Tuesday evening and heard nothing from them - no email, no phone call. 
Found another local company CP Autos - did the work , no problem.

Looked at my motor that required a puncture repair, turned his nose up and told me to come back in 8 days to have it done. Massive case of CBA. Told him I was supposed to driving up the motorway the next day, was told it wasn’t advisable. Really helpful- not
