Had an issue with heat shield above the rear box of my exhaust, went into Kwik fit at about 11am ,  the lads were busy so  asked me to come back at 1pm just moved into the area so no issues went back at 1pm, job done and dusted by 1.10pm, this is my first time using Berwick-upon-Tweed Kwik Fit but have used Kwik Fit up and down the country for years, never had issues and pleased that this will continue here now too, cheers guys, see you soon for my annual service and MoT,

Got a flat tyre whilst on holiday in Berwick-upon-Tweed.  I needed to drive 200 miles home that afternoon.  Left my car at kwik fit, hoping for a fix or new tyre. I got neither, no help whats so ever. Wouldn't repair and couldn't get tyre until the next week. I understand safety protocol with tyres and fixes and company liabilities.  But it was more the attitude of the staff, knowing I was stranded 200 mile from home. A shrugging of the shoulders is not great customer service.

Great service, turned up out the blue en route to Newcastle from Edinburgh with a flat tyre. Seen straight away and was back on the road within 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Staff friendly and knowledgeable, explained fully what needed replaced as well as why, advice on how and what to check, and then completed everything on time. Would recommend

Kwik Fit Berwick sorted my car out immediately and I was even more impressed that I could pay off my bill in 3 instalments.

Really accommodating at the last minute and offered a pragmatic solution which was very much appreciated. Very helpful staff and a quick turnaround as well.

Although it took almost a week to fit the exhaust , the colleagues in Berwick really tried and succeeded in getting us sorted so we could drive home from Holiday

Piked up a puncture to tyre whilst holidaying in area. I didn't have vehicle pre booked in. Took it to Berwick Kwik Fit, although staff were busy they were able to fit me in and within a few hours they rang me to say my the tyre had been replaced and my vehicle was ready to collect.

Tyres fair service fair,price not the best for quality tyres. But I could be wrong.
