Have used Kung Fu Kitchen for about 7 years, no complaints, however, ordered today, and whilst the food did taste great, there were two separate hairs in two separate dishes. Phoned to complain, and within 15 minutes a representative came to refund the two dishes. BUT, when he arrived he was sarcastic, rude and reluctant to provide a refund. As we had eaten part of the dishes prior to finding a hair he would only give a part refund. We told him, don't bother. Will never order from them again.
Really good food, ordered a variety from the menu and came piping hot and quicker than expected. Would highly recommend!!!Food: 5/5
With out adout not just the worst Chinese I have ever had what I could force down but the most disgusting food I've put on a plate !!! Most of it was large chunks of under cooked onions and green peppers. The beef black bean sauce was utterly lacking in any flavour or black beans. The spring rolls were nothing but bean sprouts unedable . Please do yourself a favour and do not get any thing from this place. REMEMBER THESE WORDS !!! Ps didn't take photos....its in the bin .

Ordered a meal from this takeaway and collected it. It said it would be ready in 10 minutes which is probably why the chicken balls were still pink when we got it home and opened it. £21 worth of food went into the bin as we weren’t touching it and getting food poisoning for new year. Won’t be going back.
A bit confused why there is so many bad reviews. 3 of our local families all use this takeaway and have done for years. We've all tried new local ones but always go back and thoroughly enjoy it. We always book with THEIR app and have never ever had a issue with food quality spending £30-£100.
so unprofessional on the phone, very rude Chinese was awful everything was cold and soggy everything seems like it’s been in the microwave, we called she was rude and said “what u going to do about it” “ we ain’t no scammers” hung up had to call again and we asked for a refund she then said she will send a driver to come pick it up them changed her mind and hung up again we called again was disgusted with their attitude then said she will refund and then never did.
The meal was amazing. Very quick to deliver.Food: 5/5
Great service and excellent food! I order from here regularly, never had an incorrect item and they always catter to any fussy request I have.Food: 5/5
